Art P. Beattie

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Southern Company

Beattie joined the Southern Company system at Alabama Power in 1976 as a junior accountant and progressed through a number of management and officer-level roles in the company's accounting, finance, treasury and corporate governance organizations. Previously, he served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Alabama Power. Born 1954.

W. Paul Bowers

President and Chief Executive Officer, Georgia Power Company

Bowers joined the company as a residential sales representative with Gulf Power in 1979. Most recently, Bowers served as chief financial officer of Southern Company. Previously, he was president of Southern Company Generation and president and CEO of Southern Power. Bowers also served as president and CEO of Southern Company's former United Kingdom subsidiary, and senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Southern Company. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Georgia Power. Born 1956.

Stan W. Connally, Jr.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Gulf Power Company

Connally joined the company in 1989 as a co-op engineering student at Georgia Power's Plant Yates. He was named to his current position in July 2012. Previously, Connally was senior vice president and chief production officer for Georgia Power. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in various areas, including customer operations, sales and marketing and power generation at Georgia Power, Alabama Power and Mississippi Power. Born 1969.

Mark A. Crosswhite

Crosswhite joined the company in 2004 as senior vice president and general counsel for Southern Company Generation. He was named to his current position in July 2012. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Gulf Power. He has also served as executive vice president of external affairs and senior vice president and general counsel for Alabama Power. Prior to joining Southern Company, Crosswhite was a partner in the law firm of Balch & Bingham LLP in Birmingham. Born 1962.

Thomas A. Fanning

Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Southern Company

Fanning joined the company as a financial analyst in 1980. Fanning was chief operating officer at Southern Company, responsible for Southern Company Generation, Southern Power, and Southern Company Transmission. He has served as president and CEO of Gulf Power and chief financial officer for Southern Company, Georgia Power, and Mississippi Power. Born 1957.

Kimberly S. Greene

President and Chief Executive Officer, Southern Company Services, Inc.

Prior to rejoining Southern Company in April 2013, Greene was executive vice president and chief generation officer of Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Previously, she served as TVA's chief financial officer, executive vice president of financial services and chief risk officer. She was also group president for strategy and external relations at TVA.  Greene began her career at Southern Company in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of engineering, strategy, finance and wholesale marketing, including serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from 2004 to 2007.  Born 1966.

G. Edison Holland, Jr.

President and Chief Executive Officer, Mississippi Power Company

Holland joined the company as vice president and corporate counsel for Gulf Power in 1992. He was named to his current position effective May 2013. From 2001 through May 2013, he served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Southern Company. Born 1952.

Stephen E. Kuczynski

President and Chief Executive Officer, Southern Nuclear Operating Company

Prior to coming to Southern Company in July 2011, Kuczynski was senior vice president of engineering and technical services for Exelon Nuclear from 2006 to 2011. Previously, he was senior vice president of Exelon Nuclear's Midwest operations, with oversight of its 11 Illinois nuclear units. Before that, he was senior vice president of operations support. He also served as plant manager and later as site vice president for Exelon's Byron Nuclear Station. Born 1962.

Charles D. McCrary

President and Chief Executive Officer, Alabama Power Company

McCrary joined the company as an assistant project planning engineer with Alabama Power in 1973. He assumed his current position in 2001. Previously, McCrary was chief production officer for Southern Company and president and CEO of Southern Power. He has held executive positions at Alabama Power and Southern Nuclear as well as various jobs in engineering, system planning, fuels, and environmental affairs. Born 1951.

Christopher C. Womack

President, External Affairs, Southern Company

Womack joined the company in 1988 as a governmental affairs representative for Alabama Power. He has held his current position since January 2009. Previously, Womack was executive vice president of external affairs for Georgia Power. He has held numerous executive and management positions, including senior vice president of human resources and chief people officer for Southern Company as well as senior vice president and senior production officer of Southern Company Generation. Born 1958.
